Can I have my own independent repair facility perform warranty repairs?

No. Only authorized YADEA dealers are allowed to perform warranty work on your YADEA product.

In order to obtain warranty coverage, the first step is to take your vehicle to an authorized YADEA dealer for diagnosis. Your dealer will determine if there is warranty coverage. Please see the Dealer Locator to find the dealer closest to you.

Please see the maintenance section of your owner’s manual. The service intervals in the maintenance schedule are based on average riding conditions. Some items will need more frequent service if you ride in severe conditions or at full throttle. Consult your dealer for recommendations applicable to your individual needs and use.

Any of our authorized service dealers will service your YADEA machine. Check out our dealer locator to find the dealer nearest you.

Parts can be purchased through any of our authorized YADEA dealers.

When purchased new, all of our vehicles come with an owner’s manual. If you’ve misplaced or damaged your original owner’s manual, contact your YADEA dealer and they will be able to order you a replacement, or you can find digital versions of most of our owner’s manuals here.

Exception Terms:

  1. Based on the above table, if the time limit and scope of warranty are exceeded, it is out of warranty.
  2. Damage caused by irresistible factors such as earthquake, hurricane and flood.
  3. Damage caused by man-made factors (including but not limited to soaking, puncturing, crash, wear and tear under normal use).
  4. Damage caused by violation of the user manual (including but not limited to unauthorized repair, modification, using unofficial parts, tearing/altering labels and anti-fake labels).
  5. Damage caused by abuse, such as overloading, extreme riding conditions (including but not limited to riding over steps, falling from a height and extreme sports).
  6. Other malfunction and damage caused not by the design, production and quality.
  7. The warranty voids once used for commercial purposes.
